The thing about Walter Smith was he was that rare thing. A Gers man through and through who every other Club's fans liked. Across the divide there are countless good stories about him. In this era of division he was a reminder of classy rivalry.

On Castore: We are their first football club They sponsor Andy Murray (also an investor) They signed a 3 year deal with Cricket West Indies in Dec 2019 to become their official kit supplier from June 2020 They will also be launching a collaboration with McLaren later this year

Honestly speaking Scotland has two football draws; Rangers and Celtic. I'd say Old Firm but they allegedly aren't part of that... To sign a deal not recognising your biggest Club and then having to progress without them is such a dereliction of duty as to be unfathomable.

What is really the issue here is the Club hierarchy banged on about never stopping increasing the standards but appear to have done just that. Decline across most areas of the Club from a position of relative strength. Interesting AGM on the horizon.
