Longer-term a huge challenge for Xavi but there's quite a lot of low-hanging fruit for him this season. Get out of mid-table, finish in the top 4, make UCL last 16, don't play Pique up front, don't say Barca can't win anything. Crisis creates a lot of margin for improvement.
