In 2017 I tore my ACL and meniscus. I had two operations.
I weighed 78kg at the time. Recovery was hard. I now weigh 92kg.
I was incredibly active before. I'm going to post my weekly weight on here to motivate myself.
Come along for the journey.
5k run this morning.
Anthony Martial from Manchester United to Sevilla, done deal and here we go! Agreement reached tonight between the two clubs. Player has accepted, Sevilla was his priority. βͺοΈπ΄
#Sevilla
Sevilla will cover his salary until June. Martial will fly to Spain in the next hours.

The happiest I felt was in Ole's second season.
We had Tony, Rashford, Cavani, Bruno all banging goals for fun. We were never out of a game, we went 6 months and lost fucking ONCE. Undefeated away.
I really thought we were going places.
Memories now.
People laud Klopp and Pep for being 'passionate'. It's a bullshit façade. Neither have actual passion for their clubs they're just bullies who shout the loudest.
This humble man IS Manchester United. Do not ever mistake manners for lack of passion. Olein. Always.
π
63 games since the end of first lockdown.
3.96 rest days between games excluding 28 days from Sevilla Semi to Villa preseason.
Remove the 1 day rest post game & Ole has had, on average, 1.5 days on the training pitch to prepare for a game.
We've lost twice in 5 months.
In the league we've:
- Lost 1 in 24 games.
- Lost 1 in 5 months.
- Lost 4 times in 13 months.
- Unbeaten away since WW1.
- 3 days rest between games.
- Keep grinding results.
Yet mfs still want my manger out when Jose is 9 points behind & Poch is loosing a 1 horse race? Do one.
Ole is my hero. The one whose name I can't spell but whose image is always clear in my mind.
Not just that goal, but that tackle, that volley, that substitution.
It was his dream to manage the club he loves. If you cut him he bleeds red he said.
You sacrificed him for an ego.
I'm fully behind ten Hag. I really like him. He needs to be backed properly THIS window.
But y'all need to apologize to Ole Gunnar Solskjær. We're not seeing 2nd or 3rd again for a while.
Though I live in hope for a title charge still...
Manners maketh man.
Ole has faced more abuse (no it's not criticism when it's personal) by so many 'fans' but throughout the has remained polite and professional.
Manners cost nothing. People on here will ask what trophy this wins you.
It don't. Just makes you a better human.
Erik ten Hag.
I'll not hold him to impossible standards. I'll not hound him for smiling. I'll not abuse him after underwhelming victories.
I will back him because it's what you do when you support a club.
Support.
The thing that pisses me off the most is the simplification and dismissal of the things we did under Ole.
Unbeaten away = no fans
Scoring more goals since SAF = individual brilliance
Blistering Counter attacks = no tactics
Excellent squad moral = vibes
Not so simple now.
Arteta had worse periods of form than Ole.
Was closer to 10th than 4th twice.
But he was backed with support when it mattered and with the targets he wanted. The board ignored the baying fan cams.
We gave into them. Bear witness.
Wherever you are ole just know that
#20LEGEND
is trending because you mean the world to true fans of Manchester United Football Club.
Goodnight gaffer.
Tony Martial.
To some he'd lazier than snorlax.
To others he's the second coming of Messi.
The truth is he's scored 79 goals for us. Some of them were against our main rivals, some were works or art, all were celebrated.
If he wants to go don't hate.
Ole is an easy target because he is a nice man with principles.
Defended his players in the media & never bad mouthed anyone.
People still blame him for essentially the most attractive football we played since SAF.
He could easily set the record straight but wont. Integrity.
I'll defend what Ole was building forever.
I won't let it go and I won't get over it.
Abuse me, block me I don't give a single fuck.
Ole would have taken this club to the top had we listened to him. You were all just too arrogant and elitest, and thick as fuck to realise.
I swear to any deity going that Ole was the only manager in the history of the game that people went out of their way to make excuses for when anything went well:
- no crowds π±
- Bruno saved him
- the Liverpool team all had syphilis
People despise giving the man any respect.
Some fans took the piss.
Some fans made excuses.
Some fans supported the opposition.
Some fuckers went on 'loan'.
He was never given credit. He was derided. Laughed at. Made the butt of jokes.
How many times did we come back in games? We were never out if it. Such injustice.
I'm fully aware of how 100% biased I am but my player of the season is Aaron Wan Bissaka.
The mans career was seemingly dead at United. He didn't get a look in before the WC.
I was hurting that he might leave without proving himself. He had so many haters too.
My spider. π·οΈ
Every pundit & his dog: Oles 2nd place finish was down to Liverpool & Chelsea being shit that year.
Liverpool & Chelsea finished 3rd/4th that year.
This year Liverpool will not get top 4 & Chelsea are fighting relegation.
Media silence is deafening. Not even a bark.
I genuinely miss how we set up in big games under Ole.
We'd go for it. We didn't sit back. We scored goals.
I want EtH to succeed & always back him but I can't ever shake the feeling of injustice over Ole.
Such halves of football only serve to highlight that injustice.
People coming at me with all the things Ole did wrong can fucking do one. I hope you didn't celebrate a single goal or win under him.
He made us exciting again. He made us believe and dream.
He had a plan. That plan was ruined by this ownership and this fan base.
Supporting Manchester United football club is as much about having faith in our academy graduates as winning trophies.
My pride in supporting this club is wrapped up in the success our academy has built for us.
The babes. The fledglings. They are United.
We are 2nd. Max 3 points off the top by end of weekend.
We're playing better. We Marcus back soon. We have Sancho teasing us with glimpses.
I don't give a fuck who we've played and haven't. We will challenge this season. If you are committed to being grumpy enjoy that.
The treatment of Ole by a section of our fans & pretty much all of the media will annoy me forever.
My mind makes arguments for Ole all the time.
Walking to the shops thinking that Ole played the youngest 11 in his 1st season all the time and the media was all: Lampard love.
So many people tell me I'm crazy to support this manager. So much abuse but if you survived that game and can't love this team then football isn't for you.
Ole is my boyhood hero. This team plays for him. Write him off at your peril.
Fantastic performance.
I'm happy to drop into single digit followers because if you follow me & Mark Goldbridge then please unfollow me.
That channel & that man are the complete antithesis of support & I'd rather go into this season without their views mirrored on my tl.
Thanks.
I remember during the midst of an unbeaten run Southampton equalized in the last min.
The reaction to that will mirror this.
Just take that in.
The overreaction to Solskjær was extreme and never gave him a fighting chance when the chips were down.
I miss my Solskjær.
If Ole was the current manager of Everton and was fucking up this badly...
I mean Ole went down with a sinking ship with Cardiff but Lampard may take down a club that has been a permanent fixture of this top league.
Media never gave Ole a chance.
Ole's biggest flaw was not dealing with Ronaldo properly.
Erik had done it brilliantly. He's been helped by the petulance and disrespect Ronaldo has shown towards the club.
Back the manager.
This is the reason Bruno spoke out last week. Yet he too has been labeled as not captain material.
There is always an outcry at decisions we get and it ends up impacting us. Guess who we play next. Every pundits favourite manager.
Nottingham Forest considering official complaint to PGMOL over performance of referee Stuart Attwell & assistants after Man Utd defeat. Forest βvery angryβ after number of decisions today and feel standards are worsening
#nffc
Aaron Wan Bissaka.
I've maintained throughout to fucking shit loads of abuse but he's quality.
He had a bad half a season when he was burnt out.
He was brilliant today. He's growing with each performance.
People just wanna hate on Ole signings.
I'm seeing a lot of love for Ole. Love that went missing in the darkest hours.
I won't forget the accounts that stood shoulder to shoulder with me against the abuse after Burnley, after we drew with Southampton in the midst of a winning run and after Leipzig.
I know you.
Ole is a true gent in a world of ego and dick swingers and some may question what trophies that wins you whilst I'm proud of my hero for being a decent human person.
If Manchester United were going to sack Ole Gunnar Solskjaer they would have done it by now.
So whilst he's still the Manager of
@ManUtd
he still has my full support. π΄

19 times United came back to win once going behind under Ole.
People made fun of his passion. Passion wins games. Passion stems from the manager.
Those team talks are distant fucking memory.
The disrespect of Ole is reaching ridiculous proportions.
He's finished top 3 in his full seasons yet is being bantered by all not just the two teams to ever finish above him. Went deep in all cups too.
Our squad was called the worst in 30 years.
Ole raised those aspirations.
And that's the point. I back ETH fully.
My anger is at those that threw this man under the bus when objectively he did a brilliant job.
3rd with the youngest squad in the league in his first full season. A squad called the worst in 30 years btw.
We were defeating Pep for fun. Played entertaining football
Finished much higher with McFred, Maguire, Toto, Daniel James and co whom half the fanbase hates. No DM too.
He was cooking. Not taking anything from ETH, still backing him. But, Ole was not given enough credit.
I think the reason why a bunch of Ole fans still bang on about him is because there are still opinions like this out there.
Ole did a very good job for 2 seasons. He is my footballing hero. I'm going to call out BS.
I don't buy this under coached bullshit. Our young strikers had their best seasons under Ole. Now all that shit was individual brilliance for two whole seasons?
And when suddenly they dip in form the reason they give is they used to be good but it was basically a fluke?
Arteta has the best pr team ever. Either that or he's sleeping with someone in the media. He's 10th and there isn't a single bad word about the guy.
This game is rigged fam.
This reminds me of when they banned Cavani.
We were top of the league. Gave city a three week break because their cleaning lady had covid nothing for their players flouting covid rules with paid ladies.
Oh same season they made us play 3 games in 2 days.
Ole was robbed.
When Michael Carrick took over, Middlesbrough were 21st.
Theyβve just won again and are now only 4 points off 2nd.
Itβs unbelievable how well heβs done.π
#MUFC
Our twitter fans are like fucking gold fish man. No memory beyond the present. No understanding of the past. Constantly shocked by the smallest movements. All they need is a bowl and some ceramic decoration.
I'll repeat. Be Ole out. But don't come at me or him with abuse because he's still my hero & you will be blocked.
Don't disrespect what he has done for us as it's not inconsiderable and I don't think it could have been done by any other manager.
I'll not speak of replacements.
Ole maybe gone but I will forever defend his legacy & challenge those choose to belittle & undermine it.
The level of self sacrifice required for what he did will never be fully appreciated.
'You can cut me up & I'll bleed red.'
They did boss. We know you do.
I've lost so much passion for this club lately.
Starting with Ole being fired, then the fiasco that was Rangnik, Greenwood, Glazers never ending sale and now Antony.
When we lost under Ole I'd be passed off for days. We lose now and its empty.
Defo noticed this. I love Bruno so much more now. A man of principle. His reaction to the goals and result was my own.
As someone who loves ole to pieces it brings me comfort to know that ole had Bruno in his corner 100%.
Love them both.
It's me or everyone noticed that Bruno was little off today, he didn't even celebrated the goal in a way that he always does.
It's because of Ole sacking I guess.
I'll always believe we had a chance to return to the top under Ole.
I'll always believe this was derailed by a mixture of media xenophobia, player fc, the Glazers and signing Ronaldo.
We would have been challenging this year.
#GlazersOut
United weren't injected with cash by rich owners. The club generated that income.
Even if FFP existed they wouldn't have broken the rules because it would have been (and I repeat) the money the club generates.
The real 'Cheats' over the years prior to FFP are some of the Top6. Let's start with Man United.
Lets look at 10 years prior to FFP of how much they spent, we will use inflation to show today's prices FFP was introduced in 2009 so we will start 2008/2009.
Sounds like United have done the right thing re: Greenwood.
Violence against women is a worldwide pandemic that is often ignored.
I also believe in rehabilitation and forgiveness. He's still young and if we can not teach him to learn from his mistakes then we too have failed.
I'm sorry but if the reports of Ronaldo demanding a manager that's right for him are true then he can fuck right off. The manager has to be right for Manchester United Football Club.
People can't see the toxic influence his ego has had on our club since his return.
AWB is in poor form. But he's still quality & has often pocketed some of the worlds best forwards including Salah & Sterling.
He has also improved going forward this year.
People on here are like flags in the fucking wind. Have an opinion not fully formed by the very last game.
Tonight was amazing. I could listen to Ole all night.
Almost felt like closure for me. He spoke about so much and it was heartfelt, funny and I loved every moment.
One of the best nights of my life.
I'll always come out swinging for Ole.
I've always backed Tony. Check my recent top goal scorer tweets.
But the attitude at this club is always that it is someone else's fault. Mirrors this fanbase perfectly.
None of you deserved the self sacrifice of OGS.
This clown has been driving agenda against players and causing division in this fan base for some time now.
Please unfollow me if you set any store by his opinions.
Imagine if Ralf recommends Ole at the end of the season. π
The above statement is a joke and I don't give a single fuck about your view of 'standards'.
I really rate AWB. I think he's our best right back and one of the best in the league.
His major faults for people on here are being English and being signed by Ole.
Ole's success can be measured in the fact that he has left a clear structure of a team for the next guy.
He cleared up/moved on a lot of what wasn't needed & built a balanced & cohesive squad.
1 bad season with a bloke that couldn't manage a dressing room doesn't change that.
