Changing mechanics. It is a bit more erratic for the short term, but the changes have helped velocity. My Columbia hat was driving me crazy so I borrowed little bros crappy hat for a bit. Forgive me Coach Buerger!

Wish my brother was here to play some hoops with me tonight. Got official word from the doc today he has a complete tear of his ACL and will need surgery. Good thing he has a couple brain cells and isn’t going to college to play basketball :-)

Every day we have improved. Last night was the result of a lot of effort from ALL of us. The 34 game varsity hoops losing streak is over and we did it against a school that ran the score up on us last year by 50+ leaving starters in almost until the end. Go Lions! Next up.

I realize the press for athletes to promote themselves via social media to get “looks”. I feel a press to use that avenue for promotion as well and do, but It just feels gross. What I love is the work done in secret, with no camera watching. THAT is what gets you ahead.
