This is lowkey optimal off of nair at 15%-30% vs most of the cast. Tested it vs airdodge, jump and different di's. Best part is we get gyro in hand for free after the combo

Day 3 of Techmas is here! In Ultimate, when you move your shield around it shifts your hurtbox. If you buffer this, the full hurtbox shift happens in 1 frame. You can also use this to avoid getting grabbed OOS / make parrying multi-hits easier.

Labbing rob is honestly so much fun. ZZLIC is really cool and I'm gonna start trying to go for it in actual games more often Also I still can't do backtoss into imperfect zzlic correctly but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it eventually 👍

Some things I've learned while labbing the rob footstool tech - it's usually more optimal to go for only 1 or 2 fs as rob - you can finish the combo with gyrohawk after the 3rd fs - if you input the fs too early, it'll be an aerial fs so the opponent can theoretically tech it

Hold up I might have discovered something else. If you hit their shield from the front with fair, you can beat grabs and other options oos with rob's grab. This may have something to do with rob's grab being somewhat disjointed

Here's me reacting to rolls on platform with footstool dair correctly 4/5 times. I jump to the center of the plat then when I see a roll I drift in that direction and fs dair then you can up tilt dj up air which can kill on bad di. If they don't choose tech roll then you do nair
