I love most CNC type scenes. Diapers, chastity, bondage, spanking, mittens, hypno, being forced to be little, all connect back to losing control in fun ways. And if I’m honest I think it’s easier to accept my own kinks if someone is “making me” slow down and experience them.

If you’re experiencing internalized shame surrounding your interest in ABDL, I highly recommend therapy. One of the reasons I even post is to normalize ABDL stuff for myself and others. I will continue to choose joy over shame, acceptance over denial, and you can too.🧡
