I know you gotta make $274 a day to earn 100k in a year. Everyday I work on ways to make an additional $274 a day on top of what I already earn. Since focusing on the smaller number, I’ve actually found it easier to achieve. Set small goals to work your way up to your big goal.

You may not be able to pull out equity like in real estate, but you don’t have to pay nowhere near as much to get started. I’d have to own about 3 homes to make 3k monthly in rent. Not to mention the amount I’d have to spend our borrow to buy the houses.
