Why did rezoning pass? I believe Admin had an agenda. They gave Councillors answers that lead only to Admin's goal. Rezone was all or nothing. Yet several, less severe options could have been on agenda to select. Not just a yes or no. Admin is as culpable as the H8.

Future build requires demolition of house that is not "end-of-life" with 1000's of houses going into landfill. What happened to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle? Renovations are more efficient environmentally at every level. Greenfield is the place to invest and grow.
