BREAKING: Circuit Court Judge Daren Adkins has issued an order finding Ricky Kidd is innocent and that the State withheld evidence in violation of Brady v. Maryland. The Court has ordered that Ricky Kidd be released or retried within 30 days.

Despite passing a bill to compensate him, Kansas has yet to pay Lamonte McIntyre a dollar for the 23 years he spent incarcerated for a crime he did not commit because AG Derek Schmidt will not agree that he should be compensated.
The Jackson County Prosecutor's Office has filed a notice of dismissal of all charges with prejudice. With that, Kevin Strickland is officially exonerated.
