Just backtesting the @casper_smc 15m fib strategy NY session with FX Replay, doesnt look as bad as I thought so far. At least would have passed a 10% challenge after 15 trades. I tested on #EURUSD as he did in his video, but will do the 100 trades til tomorrow.

#EURUSD Backtest Daily High/Low Failed Break Strategy: This is how far I can go back in tradingview on 5m chart for entries. 31 trades, 94% winrate for 1:1RR. 88% for 1:1.5RR. I will switch now to different pair or index for the next trades.

40 trades backtested now, I selected 2 forex pairs: #EURUSD and #AUDCAD to avoid correlation. The result is hard to believe but the rules are strict: Failed Daily break, 15m MSS, 5m or 15m entry towards a Daily pivot, price below High/Low. One trade here is still playing out.

This is how I trade atm, I find trades at HTF levels and enter on the 1m TF, almost every trade is a winner. Although it is on a 1m chart, it is not stressful, because you can set alerts at HTF levels. I had 2 trades today, but more would have been possible for #EURUSD .

The DL Strategy works so incredibly well that I am going to create a derivation from it, a mechanical DL Strategy. The rules will be simple: * Trade from Daily levels on LTF (5/15 min) * HTF direction doesn't matter * Use fixed RR like 1:1.5R I will do a backtest for this.
