It looks like Super Sayian 3's stamina regeneration was fixed after almost 7 years. You now regenerate stamina at their normal rates on both the ground and in the air. Prior to this update, ground stamina regen for SS3 was the same as air stamina regen. Fixed now. #XV2Patch12000

I am looking back at old Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 files for fun. I can't believe that the buff from "Fruit of the Tree of Might" used to last for only 8 seconds. For comparison, it lasts 30 seconds in the current version. This game really has changed a lot over the past 7 years.
