Today marks 21 days of lockdown without sugar. 50 push-ups everyday. No dairy or flour. The change has been fantastic! Zero alcohol! Lost 30 lbs of fat and gained muscle mass I have no idea whose status this is, but I’m really proud of them. So I decided to copy paste ;)
