I would let Kravtsov play about 5 games in the VHL before talking to him about coming back to Hartford. If the NYR "rescue" him from his demotion then it might give Kravtsov the wrong idea about hard work. There has to be a reason why he was demoted to the VHL.

I said it before the season that Ryan Lindgren is the perfect partner for Adam Fox. Fox will feel so much more comfortable knowing he's got a partner that he can count on to cover for him if he attacks. Today was a perfect example as Fox was outstanding + Lindgren was very good

Ok back to the Pen's 2nd goal; how is it OK to slash Igor's glove, knocking the puck out of it and preventing Igor from being to make the save? At best it is a slashing call, at worst it is goalie interference, either case NO goal and a Pens penalty. Please someone explain it

Would I love to see Trouba as a Ranger? Hell Yea. Would I like to see them give up Pavel, Nils, a first and another player? Hell No. I just can't see JD who witnessed the madness of the NYR overspending during the 90s saying OK to this

I am so rooting for Matt Rempe to play today, I have watched him battle to play in the WHL where because he towered over everyone else, he got screwed by the refs all the time. Yet nothing would bring him down and he knew he was NHL bound before any of us. Great kid better person

I have covered NYR prospects since 2004 and I can say for sure that the 2021-22 season was the best overall season for the prospects. A 40 goal scorer, a 50 goal scorer, the WHL goalie of the year, and 5 prospects were signed from 2 draft classes
