I think the best way to improve on YouTube is by Via Negativa Approach. By eliminating things not to do & bad decisions, you increase your probability of success. Too many people are focused on what to do and not enough people are thinking about what NOT to do.

When he does start cutting weight, these saunas are good because your head isn’t inside. You don’t dehydrate your brain and keep the fluids up there. (Better for taking shots to the head)
