If you’re considering purchasing a fullsuit from anyone remember most makers will need a dtd which is a duct tape dummy of your body. A dtd is made by one or more ppl wrapping your entire body in tape. It can be an intimate and embarassing thing for some people to make a dtd.

I don’t think Cons should give tables to dealers/artists who owe others an outstanding amount of work if it can be proven. They need to focus on owed things, not cramming more work for a con instead. Give those spots and chances to other people with better practices 🤷‍♀️

It shouldn’t be normal to wait years for a fursuit. I could understand a 1year wait or even 2 as long as the maker is super transparent and ACTUALLY PUTTING OUT WORK CONSISTENTLY. But if you’re waiting even longer and the maker isn’t putting out any suits, get your money back :V

Can we please quit with the “polyfil is dangerous and more hot than foam” Lsd fursuits using polyfil in her heads wasn’t the issue, it was a pisspoor liner and base construction was the issue. There’s nothing wrong with polyfil in a suit if you use it correctly JUST LIKE FOAM.

Happens a lot, and I mean like. A LOT. When I know someone is buying a suit for the first time while commissioning me I make sure to tell them to go try one on and let them know just how hot and uncomfortable suiting in general can be.
