I can’t stress this enough — if you’re flying Southwest, you need to cut your losses and start from scratch. It’s not easy to do, but it’s the only viable option now for most scenarios. Book new flights onto other airlines before they fill up, and request a refund from WN later.

It was almost a “normal” flight today on @AmericanAir from LAX to MIA. Blankets, pillows, noise canceling headphones and a full meal. The meal was modified and wrapped in plastic, but still nice to see some normality back in the skies. Overall, great flight!

Southwest doesn’t have interline agreements like the legacy carriers do, so when WN cancels, you’re forced to get them to rebook you on one of their flights. If you need to be somewhere and don’t have the time to spare to wait for the next available flight, book another airline.

The new @united CRJ-550 is a game changer, especially for premium traffic. 10 First Class, 20 Economy Plus and 20 Economy seats. 1 flight attendant, as well as a walk up self-service bar for when the FA is serving economy. Great legroom, good storage for bags.
