So apparently Quincy hall and Norman are hurt and Rai has to run the 400h. Lil Quincy tweaked his hamstring the day before the mixed 4x4(THAT'S WHY HE HAD THE KT TAPE ON) so that's why he didn't run it. But he was simply the most healthy person in the pool that's why he ran.
