This video looks the same as a hospital here in Vancouver, Washington! All the white tents were empty and my son, who needed a CT scan, was in and out in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Unheard of when you go to the ER and, they stitched his eyelid, diagnosed him and wrote prescriptions. Hmm
