Horrible and shocking news to hear. I remember when USM named Nov. 25, 2016 “Tori Bowie” day, just a few months after she medaled at Rio Olympics. She was overcome with emotion and gratitude that day. "To see things like this, it's like miracles. Nothing I've ever dreamed of."
