Today marks my 1 month of eating keto, gym 5-6 days a week and drinking 4+ liters of water a day. In ONE month, I have lost 18 pounds, 10.3 inches off my body and 4% body fat! I now have minuscule anxiety and a ton of energy! 💃 (Let me know if I should update once a month!)

I streamed on a 760 for 3 years & a 1060 for 2 years. Last night on stream I opened the most amazing package and sweetest card from my community. 8 of my subs/mods all chipped in to buy me this. My stream quality/gameplay will both improve so much now. I can’t believe it 😭

A little over a year ago, I was in the hospital fighting for my life. Today, I’m sitting in my own personal trailer waiting for a makeup artist and hair stylist to come do me up for an awesome project. A year can change everything. I am so grateful to still be alive today 🙌🏻

I have now been eating keto and working out for 2 months! I have lost 26 pounds, 5.5% body fat and 16 inches off my measurements! I was nervous to attach a picture to this tweet as I still have a LONG way to go but I am SO happy with my progress in just two months! 👏🙃

I just had to say goodbye to my best friend of 16 years. She was diagnosed with an extremely aggressive cancer 3 months ago. I’ve kept her as comfortable as possible with medications and special food. Unfortunately she was on a rapid decline and it was time. I’ll miss you baby 😢

One year ago today I was in a medically induced coma and hooked up to an ECMO machine. Doctors and my family didn’t know if I would even survive the night. I pulled through and am now absolutely thriving. I’m honestly doing better mentally and physically than I have ever been.

After my accident, I was left with nerve damage in the tips of my fingers. I can't feel when I click my mouse so I stopped using bolts because I was finding it too difficult. However, I picked up a bolt last game of the night and had some good kills 🥺

For my whole life, my weight has gone up and down. Whenever I lost weight, I could never find the balance to maintain that weight loss and would always put it back on and some. At 26, I finally found that balance. -43 pounds, 15 pounds to my goal 👏🏻

I’ve had a ‘fear’ of trying vegetables my whole life…I know it sounds silly. Last night I tried them after 15 years Broccoli = 8/10 Cauliflower = 7/10 Baby carrots = 6/10 Cucumbers = 2/10 Never thought I would be excited to go to the grocery store to buy more veggies to try 😂
