I’ve just watched the documentary 20 days in Mariupol, I feel so sick and my heart bleeds for these poor people. Have drive the road to Baja in 1991. 10’s of thousands of Iraqi dead. Lost friends in NI, Iraq, Afghanistan and in Germany. This still cuts deep. Why. Slava Ukraini.

Just spent a few hours at mine with @pezz57 , what an amazing man. Any help with his fund raiser (buy a coffee would mean so much) he’s use’s it for only the good of what is required for his journey and to help out others in Ukraine. Thanks in advance.

The Ukraine will need a lot of mental health support in the future. Don’t be like uk we’re asking is a burden on NHS. Still fighting years after is not healthy, support will help lower suicide amongst your veterans. Training people now will have a positive effect go forward. 🫡
