Tips cari yoga mat: TPE material, so far that's the best. Rubber material pun best, non slip langsung. Thickness between 4-10mm is okay. Too thick nnti slippery, too thin nanti kena lapik lagi if nak buat exercise lutut. Color gelap untuk lambat kotor, cute color for motivation!

It’s tymeeeeeee to sweat!! Penat buat abs? Ok lah kita cuba simple lower body workout ni pula. 1 min each workout, 40 secs rest in between. Buat lah 3,4 sets. Kalau fit 10 sets pun takdehal 😜 Ok let’s move det πŸ‘πŸ‘
