Just had some great news. My 86 year old dad, who had a heart attack last week & has been in hospital since, has had the all clear & should get home tomorrow. Him & mum have been married 60 years plus & she has been worried sick ( as we all have) No further treatment required👍

Extremely saddened to hear that the fan who took unwell at todays game passed away. Watching the medics frantically giving CPR & trying everything they could to save the person was heartbreaking. My thoughts and deepest sympathy go out to those who knew and loved them.😢😢😢

Update on my health.. Got a call from the hospital today & have an appointment with a specialist tomorrow which is amazingly quick. Pain relief meds working. Getting plenty rest. Thank you for all the kind and compassionate comments. Fingers crossed all will turn out well. Cheers

Sad to report we lost our local female Swan today. I found her lying by the edge of the pond. There was no visible signs of trauma. Her mate was with her & heartbreakingly, was looking lost. Nature can be so cruel. Here she is in the background of a shot yesterday 😢❤️😢

Just back from Hospital with good news.. I DO NOT have Temporal Arteritis, which given some of the possible complications that come with it, is a relief. Sadly, I do though have some nerve issues, which may take a bit of time to resolve. Painful but not gonna kill me..👍👍👍
