Can fully relate! To add to my troubles, we were riding the opposite of the ICO wave aiming to build a SaaS business. Still remember being laughed at by a prominent Indian VC at a cafe in San Francisco. My "mistake" was to show a projection slide of $1MM ARR.

After some more digging, it looks like one of @digitalocean 's providers (Airtel) is blanket blocking certain @Cloudflare IPs from BLR datacenter. Censorship mixed with incompetency is a dangerous combo. Cc @internetfreedom
