Theology 101: America-themed, patriotic, and nationalistic “church services” have no place in the Sunday morning worship of the church. Rule of thumb: if you couldn’t hold the same service in Germany, Mexico, Australia, India, or Kenya, you’ve crossed the line into idolatry.

Having done homeschool, private school, hybrid, and public school, I’ve discovered that all successful schooling involves “homeschooling.” Schools can’t (and shouldn’t) teach our children everything they need to learn. We must be actively engaged in our kids’ lives and education.
