Decided to test the no seed oils sunburn theory. I normally apply spf 50 sunscreen every hour when in water. Even then I’ve experienced severe sunburns w/blistering. Spent 4hrs at beach on Sat mostly in the water w/ ZERO sunscreen. Only red shoulders, but no pain. Im a believer!
