A lot made of Scott Brown's determination in the huddle at the cup final, going through deleting images from the game and noticed this image of Moussa as the huddle broke. He gets it too.
This is a disgraceful decision by Bobby Madden and if McGregor doesn’t get a two match ban for that then we may as well all pack up and go home. A horrible individual.
My timeline summed up.
Last few weeks: Get Ntcham out the team, he’s upsetting the balance.
Pre match: Yass, Ntcham dropped and Johnston in.
Post Match: Why was Ntcham not playing?
🤷♂️
My local butchers website has crashed today because of a new pie they’ve launched. Steak, black pudding and peppercorn sauce. I have to admit that sounds epic!

Jim Goodwin got an 8 match ban for insinuating a player was a cheat. But the
@ScottishFA
hand out a lesser punishment for the physical assault of the
@CelticFCWomen
Team Manager. Deary me.
Haven’t shared a photo on here for a while, here’s one of a rain shower dancing towards me across the sound of Taransay on Harris, with a perfectly place wave breaking for me.
Couldn’t quite believe my ears today listening to
@BBCSportsound
driving home from Glasgow. Billy Dodds gets sacked last weekend and within a week he’s got a gig on Sportsound. It’s basically a retirement home for ex Rangers players eh
@kennymacsport
?
You can easily forget a lot of goals you've seen Celtic scoring. But Frank McGarveys header in the Scottish Cup Final v Dundee Utd will never be forgotten by those who saw it that day. Best of luck Frank 🍀
So let’s get this straight. Rangers go public complaining about Collum and he’s not done a League game for them in the 3 months since. We complain about Beaton and the
@ScottishFA
put him in a match at the earliest opportunity.
@CelticFC
you’ve just been played.
I really wish Celtic fans would drop this “sad orange b” song. Honest to god it’s pathetic. It just gives the press and now McInnes a stick to beat us with. He’s now playing the victim to detract from his teams abject performance. Oh and Aberdeen fans with “Saville” and “paedo”🤦♂️
BREAKING: 58 year old man arrested at former First Minister Nicola Sturgeon’s house in connection with the ongoing investigation into the funding and finances of the SNP.
@itvnews
Politically motivated nonsense. It suits the narrative of those who think football fans should be subject to a different set of laws than any other member of the public. 6 arrests at the stadium, 6 from 60,000, 0.0001% of fans. More arrests at an Eminem gig with 50% of the crowd.
Player behaviour in Sunday's Old Firm derby was "unacceptable", Scottish Police Federation vice-chairman David Hamilton has told BBC Scotland.
And he says Scottish football is in "crisis" amid a rise in fan trouble this season.
Its not often that I am utterly shitting myself whilst taking a photograph but being afraid of heights and with the wind at my back, and a 120ft drop in front of me this location tested me somewhat.
C’mon
@AndrewBowie_MP
what’s your opinion on this march? Is this what you want to see in Stonehaven? 200 people being bussed from the central belt to disrupt the town and residents. Your refusal to engage with constituents on this is nothing short of disgraceful.
EXCLUSIVE: Allowing an Orange Order march to go ahead in an Aberdeenshire town would be the "antithesis of a progressive Scotland", says one expert.
Theology lecturer Dr Katie Cross said she was concerned the marches "communicate outdated ideas of what it means to be Scottish"
Neil McCanns 2 match ban for physically threatening another professional compared to Lennon’s 3 match (+2 suspended) for verbal abuse kinda tells you everything about the
@ScottishFA
and how they administer our game.
Defoe Press conference bingo (aka Jim Traynor told me to say);
1. Celtic tried to sign me
2. Once I knew Rangers were interested...
3. Gerrard is building something special here.
Feel free to add...
Some incredible conditions to be had on Harris on Tuesday morning. There was only a 5-6 photographers on this beach, 4 of which left once this snow storm blew in on top of us. Probably some of the best conditions I’ve experienced. A snow covered Luskentyre beach isn’t seen often.
From day one Beale just talked utter nonsense, barely a single journalist challenged him on the utter garbage he would speak, often without a breath. The Sportsound crew the worst of them. It’s actually incredible Rangers went all in with him over the summer.
Listen to
@BBCSportsound
. Neil McCann; Rangers better squad and will win league. -ve after -ve about Celtic. Apparently there’s no -ves at Ibrox, only positives. Lack of fans will help Rangers but not Celtic.
Paid employee of Rangers TV...
Jack Hendry copping all the blame from James McFadden is disgraceful. Having a shot from here shouldn’t result in a goal at the other end unless your keeper is in a god awful starting position. Which as you can see he was.
The first time I don't go to a Scottish Photographic Fed event in years and I win something 🤦♂️. Pleased to have won, 1 of the 3 Judges Choice awards and a Bronze Medal on Sunday at the SPF Digital Championships with this image of a Siberian Goshawk taken in a Slovakian Forest.
Martin O’Neill on ITV; “My local u-17 side lost every game last season but this pre-season I’m going to arrange a game v Panama for them so they can get their confidence up” 😂
For transparency in football they need to adopt the Rugby TMO protocol. Let’s hear the two officials discussing the infringement. What could they possibly have to say that the paying customer isn’t allowed to hear?
My chin was on the floor listening to Foster last night, essentially Guchi only has himself to blame, that’s some take. How do these idiots get on tv. Who is behind the pundit recruitment at
@BBCSportScot
because it’s clearly a flawed process.
Now confirmed in Belgium the season is over as is.
UCL Group stage: Club Brugge (champions)
UCL 3QR: Gent
UEL Group stage: Charleroi
UEL 3QR: Antwerp
UEL 2QR: Standard Liege
Relegated: Waasland-Beveren
Waasland-Beveren are furious: "We are being sacrificed, outrageous."
Radio Scotland:
“That’s the news, over to the sport”,
“Yes The big sport news this morning is that Novak Djokovic is out of the US Open” followed by all the Tennis news.

@Daily_Record
At least we can see where
@anniebrownword
did her extensive research for this article. Wikipedia 😂. Lifting it word for word. What an embarrassment to the profession of journalism.
So my views on the Orange B song to the side, spare me our Journalists siding with McInnes, if Neil Lennon had done that "Get It Up You" gesture in response to say "fenian b" then he'd getting "he brings it on himself" from the usual suspects, absolutely guaranteed.
I said from the start this was collusion among the police and judiciary to go after these people, it was about getting even. Rest assured if this had been Celtic there’s no way they would have pursued prosecutions. They’d have been too busy laughing.
@TEnglishSport
Tom the verbal warfare is coming from Clubs who, let’s face it, have come up short this season and hoped a global pandemic would save their bacon or stop their rivals from benefitting. It all boils down to that and not a lot more.
For a few years, I've wanted to win a competition at my Camera Club with a shot taken with my iPhone. I finally entered one last month and pleased this won first place in Mono prints. Needs a click to see it fully. Taken at the
@EdinburghGrand
BBC Scotland “after Celtics worse start in 20 years can Brendan Rodgers hang on to his job”.
Can’t recall that headline a couple of weeks back when Rangers had their worse start in 26 years?
Proud Da day, our daughter Grace graduated with a First in International Relations from Edinburgh Uni. Very proud of her, was a tough year for students.
This is a stick on penalty when you watch it closely. Kyogo has his legs kicked from under/behind him yet it was completely glossed over, one of the pundits on BBC mention Balogun came through Kyogo but nothing else was made of it. That should at least have been a var review.
Kyogo’s offside goal should’ve stood yesterday, difficult for Assistant Ref I accept. But I can’t seem to find any discussion on it on the BBC website, unlike when we got a corner a few weeks ago…
Hey
@bbcgoodlad
and
@TEnglishSport
re your discussion about the final on Sunday and the “50,000 travelling” to Hampden. What about the 50,000 travelling to Ibrox tomorrow, are they not open to the same risks?
Just catching up on the Boyd getting dug up by the compliance officer. Let me get this straight, a Club Manager in his first league game insinuates bias against his club for years and the CO does nothing but a co commentator on a subscription only Club TV channel does and... 😂
As predicted Bobby Madden gets his feet under the table on Sportsound courtesy of
@kennymacsport
. First task, rule a goal scored 4 weeks ago (Morelos) legitimate. They should just rename the show MacIntyre and Friends.
Came across this in a Facebook group. Hands up I’ve never hear of John Atkinson Grimshaw before but his evening urban scenes of Victorian Glasgow in particular are rather lovely.
The snow storms over the outer Hebrides a couple of weeks ago were great to be in the midst of. This one coming over Taransay pretty soon had me sheltering as it moved through. Taken with

Armour 6 stop to smooth the water a little.
One of the most irritating things about Celtic Park now is parking in the nearby streets. Used to be wee lads, 9-10 year olds that you gave a quid to for watching your car. Now it’s grown f’ing men, it’s like organised crime watching them. Tell the to F off, yet car is tanned.
Delighted to say that I won the Scottish Landscape - Sea and Coast Category of the 2022 Scottish Nature Photography Awards. Congratulations to all the winners and those shortlisted.
So post McGregors appeal I’m going to stand by my earlier suggestion that in a two game ban, one of the games should be held over and be against the club he should have been sent off against. This process doesn’t right the wrong done to Aberdeen. It could be made to work.
The
@ScottishFA
have to start explaining these decisions. Week after week in the epl we are told of it comes off another part of your body onto your arm it’s not a penalty. Unless of course it’s the Walsh/McLean combo at Ibrox. Same combo who denied Celtic a stonewaller last week
Remember when Scott Brown got booked for this Davie Weir tackle. I’ve no idea what Calum Murray thought he saw here. Maybe fooled by Weir inexplicably rolling about the floor in apparent agony, should’ve been a straight red, unbelievable.
F me
@kayeadams
is having a phone in about Brendan’s Rodgers. As stated by Chris McLaughin the person most affected by it isn’t bothered about it and the Club have already reached out to her anyway. But here’s Kay wanting a 1 hour long phone in about it. Pathetic.
Ooft. No luck Murdo.
Murdo Fraser: "Should Nicola Sturgeon resign"
Alex Salmond "Not for me, I believe the FM has broken the ministerial code, not every minister resigns after breaking the mc, your own party have an example of that relatively recently."
Assistant Refs have a lot of influence in wether or not an incident is reviewed. This was far too close to call and play should’ve been allowed to continue with a var review ongoing. Instead he sticks his flag up, play is stopped and the opportunity for a var review gone.
Amazing how many journalists want to make this about Brown. It’s like he elbowed someone or punched someone, yet he did neither. Funny that. He took his goading at Ibrox without a single complaint. Didn’t see many calling out Arfield et al that day. Then again ones a winner...
Have to say I wasn’t in the slightest bit impressed with Scott Brown’s antics today. Provoking, goading, laughing at defeated players, acting like the all-round tit. There was nothing classy about it at all.
