Walking away from your screen on red days will severely limit your growth potential. Stop associating red with “bad” and learn what the downside looks like, as well as what precedes a reversal. Relative strength can be found across the board. Green is not the only + sign.

One more thing: trading can (but doesn’t have to) take a serious toll on your mental health, especially if you’re newer. It can even go undetected for awhile, but sometimes it’s evident (like on the timeline). Take a break. Focus on what really matters. Get some help.
