I married Justin 20 yrs ago. In Feb 20, I had a major CPTSD trigger. I fixated on dying so Nov 20 I divorced Justin. He never left me,even in Mar 21 when I overdosed. We re-married as it shows our children with love strength & healing you can mend people, hearts & families x

Our village has a themed Christmas tree trail annually with over 100 displays. This years theme was "Heroes". I hand painted over 1650 wood hearts, one blue heart for each police officer killed on duty in the UK since 1900 & 43 constabulary badge hearts.

Things are definitely getting better! My son Ben passed his driving test today, 17 yrs old, I am so proud of him, he is brilliant with my mental health and been by my side through hell. He is sensible & a police cadet who will be a police officer! He is also single! 😉 Proud mum

Son got the GCSE's he needed. So he is off to college to study Criminology, Law & Business to continue his life long desire to join the police. He has been in police cadets since 14 & will stay in until he is 18 then in to the police. Take care of my son. #BlueLivesMatter

Operation day today. Warwick hospital were amazing, the staff were kind & organised. It was very clean & felt safe. Out cold for 2 hours & the after care perfect. Be kind to the NHS they are taking "keep calm & carry on" to a new level. Before photos ... After, maybe tomorrow!

April 4th last year my best friend who I knew for the my 46 years of life died. She died because of alcohol, it killed her at 48, children & grandchildren left behind. A broken heart her reason to drink I have done 53 days #sober #RecoveryPosse but tonight I am back with Jack 🥃

11 miles walked, 9 rollercoasters ridden, been wet & dry & soaked through. Adrenaline box ticked better still I achieved leaving home, mixing with people without a single panic attack. I also realised I am not 27 I am 47 & I will ache tomorrow! Hope you all had a lovely day xx

This is quite close to my heart and an opportunity to raise awareness. So far a couple of sneaky visits from police cars & a lot of touching comments. An elderly lady came by today to say she has been 3 times to pay her respects There is a lot of love for the police out there

Had a good cry this afternoon, long overdue, nothing dramatic but my daughter (14) suddenly appeared with a Jack Daniels on ice at 2:30pm and the simple sentiment "this will make you feel better". She is definitely mine.

Bought my son another Mamod but this was completely ruined languishing in an auction house, almost unrecognisable. In a few hours he has restored it and polished it and fired it up! I have a weakness for steam traction engines and will miss the show's again this year.
