Children in Nursery had a visit from @manchesterfire and learnt about the fire fighter uniform and how it keeps them safe. They looked at the fire engine and some of the equipment they use to help people. This is all part of the EYFS topic 'People who help us'. Thank you!

Our football team won both games in the Friday Football League. We beat Rushcroft 5-3 and East Crompton St James 1-0. Our record this season is now won 4, drew 1 and lost 1. Thanks to Mr Martin for refereeing both games.

We took 2 teams from Y3 to a tournament hosted by Manchester United Academy @ManU_en . They represented our school superbly. We won all our matches, scoring LOADS of goals and conceding very few. We won the tournament and have now qualified for the regional finals next June!
