Why not end the meeting 5 mins early? Calendars have an option for 25 mins or 55 mins meetings. It doesn't work. I have never been able to reliably end after 25 mins because others aren't used to that convention. Starting 5 mins late, however, is forced and automatic!

Firstly, most meetings aren't worth it. Avoid them if possible. Online fatigue and burnout are real. Care for your wellness and mental health. If you regularly do back-to-back meetings, you may be burned out or a sure candidate.
