Something I think isn't clear about Renata's W - when the ally "revives" into the decaying state they technically get 3 seconds before the spell kills them, enemy damage reduces that time substantially. An ally being focused down by multiple enemies will almost never live.

Putting in another change for Diana today - her passive cleave attack should be treated like an AoE spell now rather than a proc, so she should now apply talisman to everything hit with it in the jungle, and can apply other effects like Ludens or Rylais with it.

People were asking about it - we moved the MS threshold for Renata's walk up to 385, so if you have tier 2 boots she should still use the base walk animation. Yesterday we put it to 380 but since if you have t2 boots + celerity you get to 382 ms we bumped it up.

Tl;dr is Nami passive now applies a decaying haste to allies (starting at 90 instead of 45 and decaying to 0 over the duration). We think this is power up so pairing it with a small damage nerf to E's bonus on hit damage.

The main reason for this change is to make the haste given by Nami passive more appreciable for everyone. A side effect ofc being you might be able to make more plays helping allies dodge stuff quickly with good reaction time.
