The anime also showed us how Denji's head works, not only the whole head armor thing isn't really an armor but rather, his actual head morphing into that, but he also has the chainsaw blade going exactly through the middle of his brain like it's nothing. Very interesting.

A while ago i made this image making fun of how Fujimoto draws gore, but recently, after learning what some people aren't afraid to do only to depict 'accurate' gore in their creations, im glad Fujimoto just does cartoonishly long intestines for his gore in Chainsaw Man.

Like, of course, a lot of these were out of necessity. But despite that he carried those acts without a doubt in his brain. He even enjoyed some of these. Denji's not only insane but also insanely sadistic. Barem isn't getting out of this arc without a new everlasting trauma.

Asa & Denji were not "near death" here, they were 100% absolutely braindead. Denji's forehead got turned into a 2 act work and Asa's skull pink pasta was all around the floor. Yes, they died and resurrected, this should not surprise you being this the Chainsaw Man universe.
