I’ll be honest, after the incredible highs of Nuno’s era, I remember us being bottom of the league, rejected by Michael Beale and had Steve Davis as caretaker manager and I thought we were done. To watch a team like this again is utterly beautiful. 🐺

Final thought, if Lopetegui genuinely left because he felt that he couldn’t compete in this league with players like Dawson, Nunes, Gomes, Lemina, Cunha, Neto etc, then he clearly isn’t the manager we all thought he was (myself included). Good riddance. Gary O’Neils Barmy Army!
