I just "met" my biological father. We've never spoken or met but I tracked him down online and called him today. He's 74, a retired USMC Lt. Col, and got a Silver Star in Nam. He had great stories and was very nice. He also thinks Trump is a loud-mouthed baby. I'm glad I called.

Down 27 pounds in 3 months since I started drinking kale/green smoothies every morning, removing dairy almost entirely from my diet, and only eating meat with one meal a day. Feels good. Feels damn good. Once I feel up to it I’ll post a shirtless selfie for you all to vomit over!
