The owners of an elderly black Labrador abandoned next to the Jubilee River in the pouring rain are being sought. He was found near the Riverside Centre and would have been carried there as he suffered a serious spinal condition. More here -
Good news! The chocolate labrador we found in Langley has started her new life in a loving home. We were inundated with extremely kind offers of donations, fostering and rehoming. Thank you to everyone who came forward. The lovely dog is now well on the road to recovery.

Slough Borough Council regrets to announce the death of serving councillor, Shabnum Sadiq.
Cllr Sadiq was on a trip to Pakistan when she fell ill with COVID-19 and died today (6 April), following complications from the virus.
A thank you from our keyworker family to all in the NHS. We have never been more grateful for all those caring for the most vulnerable.
