Later on shinji is waiting for him ofc he was free to leave; but no he waited for Kaworu when no one asked him to (5/?) He didn't feel like going home for obvious reasons but Kaworu stated having a home leads you to happiness and should be a good and positive thing

@Alaygroundss The fact no one talks about it that he was going to commit suicide after what he been through makes me pretty bitter The people mostly talks about the hospital and shinji kissed scene Really wish many people talk about this scene and many of my favorites parts

After NGE, Kaworu now knows what he wants to do; by making shinji happy in every time loop but this could lead him neglecting his life by dying repeatedly for shinji in order help him keep alive (16/16) He was attracted to him, just like him, wanting to give him happiness etc

Manga Karlshaun Even tho there weren't many dynamics of them both and it was pretty messy I really loved it and enjoyed their moments really cried so hard when Karl died Later on Shaun admit he was attracted to him after he killed him even tho he felt like he shouldn't have

After rewatching Eoe, seeing shinji getting scared when he saw Rei but when he saw kaworu appeared he was in tears of joy and sadness it had me crying so fuckin hard (15/?) It shows him he truly loves him and I bet he didn't care if it actually wasn't him or not; he loves Kaworu

@louxpkk It's shocking that no one talks about it he almost tried to commit suicide to try to join Kaworu but just couldn't cause he was afraid to Watching this scene tears me up whenever I'm at my lowest so thank you for posting about it people need to see this instead of mocking him

Kaworu confesses his feelings to shinji but after he died shinji admitted he had the same feelings and it was the first time someone had loved him (9/?) ofc the editor from studio khara in-house translator had changed his confession to like instead of love in the Netflix version
