Well, one of the reasons is that GOP legislatures, like the one in PA, passed a law saying the election boards couldn’t start counting mail in ballots until Election Day. States like Minnesota and Florida actually started counting mail in ballots a couple of weeks before that.

Chris, jury is not out. Kirk is an exceptional passer, but he’s so physically limited that pass rushes have a greater impact on him than other top QBs. He needs a great O line and running game. When those fail, he can’t perform.
