This week's One Piece has a bunch of small little bits that stand out, but I think the cheeky reference to Futari wa Pretty Cure's OP as Franky leaps from the smoke is one of it's best, especially since director Yusuke Suzuki got his start as an assistant director on said series!

Toei Philippines' ace animator Dennis Cablao presumably turned out to be the one animating Zoro VS Kyoshiro this episode. With so much webgen/Ishizuka inspiration packed into it, it's quite possibly his strongest cut on the series and maybe the strongest of his career by far!
