Abolish the pink tax, it's 2020 and yet only 30% of Zambian women and girls can afford to purchase sanitary towels every month. The majority use cloths, reused pads, leaves, charcoal, tissue or bleed in holes. One tweet is not enough to explain the medical implications of this.
