You do not realize how budget cut the Epcot Overhaul was. It went from a multi-year park expansion to a pathway update stretched out over several years to maximize tax write offs. There was ample kineticism planned for the center area, THREE FOUNTAINS at one point! RIP

If Disney is considering removing Frontierland by retheming its street to New Orleans, this leaves Big Thunder landless. The Coco and Encanto expansions would form a new, southwestern-style land with Big Thunder. Villains may eventually link this new land to the Haunted Mansion!

Walt Disney World's Big Thunder was supposed to get these effects for the 50th, and then in 2020 it was shelved. When Imagineering revived Hatbox and other 50th projects more recently, Walt Disney World President Jeff Vahle again cancelled the BTM dynamite update. No "ROI"
