Tip to viewers: Don't go into someone's stream if their view count is low or the chat is quiet and say something like "Man it sure is dead in here" It's not funny or witty, it's unnecessary and in some cases can have a negative effect on that streamer.

@TwitchSupport I don't think the home feed was the issue with the mobile app guys. I think it was the constant desync and disconnection from people we're watching, the amount of times I have to restart the app to do everything I SHOULD be able to daily is getting excessive.
