Multiple devs outside the company have built things like this on Web, and the feedback has always been uniformly terrible. People don't want this. They don't want generated content filling up their feeds. Twitter has always thrived on authenticity.

Yesterday we found my cousins neighbour was trafficked here in an arranged marriage with a man 2x her age who keeps her under financial control. She had no bank account & little documentation. We had her come over with her passport, and 15 mins later she had a @monzo account.
