Something that I think could honestly happen is 1 or 2 really strong tornadoes hit populated parts of Oklahoma/Kansas, but because of limited storm coverage, there wasn't enough tornadoes produced to call it an "outbreak" and it goes relatively unrecognized nationally. #wxtwitter
