I wrote Souper soup cookbook after i realized there were no Cookbooks on Nigerian soups. And as a Nigerian Chef i knew it would help a lot of people who enjoy eating Nigerian soups but don't know how to prepare it.
The hardcopy is here! 💃💃💃Going for N3500 this week only 😁.
Dear Smokey/ Party Jollof Rice brands, please focus more on the “done ness” of the rice than the aroma and the colour. I am tired of eating hard rice 😩😩😩
@KeishaArlene
Thanks but I Gave up rice few months ago but the weight still piled up because I didn’t pay attention to the calories I was eating in the other meals.
You can eat rice and still loose weight, you just have to be mindful of how much rice you eat.
Also Quinoa is quite expensive

I remember having this serious period cramp at 18, it was so bad I was rolling on the floor and crying, he knelt down beside me , prayed for me and it never returned 🥹
@SamuelOtigba
I remember having an order for 1500 plates of finger food and struggling to meet up, he came out from his room to join us in packing the finger food so I could meet up in time.
@Aunty_Les
It’s always women that will come and say it’s not hard 😂🤣😂, 10 years later, same woman is complaining about how she cooks fresh food daily and no one is grateful. Yes it’s easy right now but is it sustainable??? 365 days ? Come on!
Please help me say a prayer for my darling husband
@MayorOfUyo
He is proof that God answers prayers, I can’t even express how thankful I am for an amazing partner 🥰
New mum wins that boosted my confidence this week
- Introducing music to Andino’s bath-time to reduce crying. First day it didn’t work, second day, it worked partially, today is day 3 and no single tear drop.
-Swaddling him in his overall to keep him warm and reduce startling
My Mo, my hot stepper, chief ginger officer, my idea partner, my answered prayer, my no 1 fan, my joy is full! Because i waited. We met on my 27th birthday and started dating shortly afterwards, that was a point in my life where the pressure to settle down was intense

Sometimes, I feel it’s the people from the older banks setting up this newer banks but using young people as the face. A lot of them saw the lapses and decided to create a system to fix them.
I started my food business from my Parents garage in Ewet housing Estate Uyo.
.
Back then you couldn't tell me anything, every morning, i would take a table to the entrance of the house and set up my cake pans and other things to show anyone passing i was OPEN for business.
@Aunty_Les
Love it for her tbh, more women need to learn this. No one can cook fresh food everyday and won’t break down, especially if they have other chores, and have kids to tend to. Even Chefs get tired 😩
Don’t allow anyone put you under pressure, I have 5 blenders at home and all were gifts from brands for content.
And it’s the same with Most content creators you see with a lot of gadgets, they rarely buy them.
If it’s mortar/manual blender you can afford right now, use it
@realmissdike
It’s always women that do this 😩, pregnancy is nobody’s mate, if you and your family members had it easy, thank God and move on, please don’t downplay someone’s else’s journey. Please.
When we first got together, I was a little scared of what the future would hold for both of us,
If I could go back in time, I would tell myself,
Stop being silly; you just struck gold!

I still remember being paid N2,000 to cook for a client. Client lived at Ilupeju, and I was at Ogba. After transportation I think I was left with N700, it wasn’t much but it took care of my feeding for two days.
To the man who stole my heart and gave me a safe place to fly.
To the man who showed me it was possible to be masculine and domestic.
To the man who never runs from difficulty but rises up to the occasion each time.
To the man who covers us in the place of prayer.

In Akwaibom, we have a delicacy called Ekpangkukwo, it is made by wrapping grated cocoyam+wateryam. It has a great reputation and is mostly served at traditional ceremonies. It is so nice you would eat and ask for more.
That's how i know you will love this,
Thank you father for my darling husband

What is the best light for beginner food photographers?
Answer: Natural light.
Why?
1. It’s free and available everywhere
2. Once you understand natural light, artificial light is easier to work with
Networking is very important!!! When you go for events, don’t just sit in one place and press your phone, walk up to people and introduce yourself, talk about your food business, have your business card handy or your social media page.
Sometimes,all you need is one connect.
Story Time
Two are better than One.
The last shoot we had lasted for hours, I barely sat and didn’t have a proper meal so when the shoot ended, all I wanted to do was get home before the traffic intensified. I ordered an Uber that took 20 minutes to arrive,
Cheers to more rainy days & cold mornings. To long kisses & cuddles. To silly giggles & blushes. To that sweet feeling that you never want to go away. To pillow fights & tickles. To multiple orgasms & lazying about. I enjoy being your wife 😋😊😊😊

When I first began my Food photography business, I made a lot of mistakes with my pricing and it took me a while to understand that “just because you are not buying or renting anything for the shoot doesn’t mean your rate should be low”
