@KeishaArlene Thanks but I Gave up rice few months ago but the weight still piled up because I didn’t pay attention to the calories I was eating in the other meals. You can eat rice and still loose weight, you just have to be mindful of how much rice you eat. Also Quinoa is quite expensive
