If Epic updates/amends the Unreal Engine EULA in the future, you have the choice whether to accept the updated terms, or continue with the current version with the software you already have.

is great for iterative testing, but sooner rather than later, you need to start packaging builds for your intended platform. You don't want to wait until you are leading up to ship to start this process. 1/

This is also covered in the EULA (7.a). Support agreements are separate, covered by their own agreement. But the short answer is no, you would not get future versions, but have full source access to your current version to modify as you wish. So you could choose.
