When the Founding Fathers signed the Declaration of Independence 248 years ago, an America free from monarchies, tyranny, and dictators was born. The SCOTUS ruling that U.S. Presidents can act with impunity does not reflect those ideals. It is deeply unpatriotic and misguided.
