Middle-income Coloradans face the 10th highest income tax rates in the US. Wealthy Coloradans pay the 17th lowest rate. Jeff Hunt will demand that those who are overtaxed and struggling to buy groceries get lower refunds, so he can afford more fine dining. But sure… pizza. 🙄
