And btw with people talking about Mavuikas Biker culture reference i still don't think we should be quick to say "Oh ok then her design is fine its jsut the skin thats the issue" bc the Biker culture influence can go HORRIBLY wrong and easily could be used in a demonizing way.

In fact, out of all the characters I know of, I believe Baizhu and Saki got the worst of the ableism. Baizhu death jokes is so common in this fandom its not even funny. Abled bodies think they have a right to joke about chronically ill characters but you don't.

Ik for me personally, it was the ill characters in genshin that made me accept my illnesses and learn to stop trying to hide it, this could be the same for others, you never know how much something as small as a little bit of representation in media could mean to someone.
