John Deere is cutting off 10,000 workers (and their families') health insurance on October 27th. They could just as easily *not* do this, but they want to break the strike. Also: Congress let COBRA subsidies expire on October 1, putting workers on the hook for thousands of $$$.

I had a conversation with someone and they didn't believe people with mental health diagnoses had a disability. PSA: Mental health diagnoses are covered under the American's with Disabilities Act and are disabilities. Yes, depression and anxiety all count as disabilities.

We need to sue legacy admissions. If you can't take race or other categories as part of admissions, you shouldn't be able to use legacy as access to admission. Also, Asians, we need to talk. Being utilized to continue white supremacy is not helpful in eliminating racism.

I use it because I can't feel the vibration in my wheelchair and hate the constant noise of sound notifications. It tells me when I've gotten a message. Deaf people do it because they often can't hear the alarm. The flash alert is an accessibility tool.
